We have been on the island since 2010 and we know what a good villa separates from an inferior villa. Through the years, we have kept some of our villas, but also many have been taken out if they we not up to our standards. At this moment we can say we have a very good range of villas that are reliable and well maintained by friendly owners. And of course, we keep an eye on these villas to make sure they are at their level as we expect them to be.
We have our office in Santa Gertrudis with a team to provide local service if needed. We can arrange a check-in and check-out, but also add-on services like boat rental, a chef, nanny, or more. And because we have our office in Ibiza, we have the best local knowledge.
We are a young team, meaning we are fast, friendly, and our IT is up-to-date. We are helpful, and ready to give your customers a good time. We have been doing this for some time now, and will continue to do so. We are reliable, and professional.
We are working with 150 owners already (some with several houses), and this number is slowly increasing. Many new houses get recommended by our current owners. Of course, all villas have a license.
